Earlier this month, we wrapped up yet another successful South East Eye Integrated Eye Care Meeting. During this intensive three-day training course, the South East Eye team and our optometric network explored the latest developments in the eye care field.
This unique offering has become a tradition of the South East Eye network, and is now one of our favorite annual events!
How does the South East Eye Integrated Eye Care Meeting help patients?
Continuing education is a requirement within our industry because informed healthcare professionals make better doctors. Rather than attending a course run by anonymous presenters, your optometrists receive training and guidance from local partners, guaranteeing that they’re acquiring accurate and up-to-date information. Our ongoing partnership and development ensures each patient receives seamless, high-quality patient care.
How does the South East Eye Integrated Eye Care Meeting help optometrists?
Our optometric network is like family, so we consider this event an annual family reunion! We are happy to provide a fun, engaging learning environment while helping our partners obtain their necessary CE credits. This weekend helps strengthen the relationship we have with our optometrist network, as well as provide solutions for our partners.
How does the South East Eye Integrated Eye Care Meeting help our practice?
Although the primary focus of this event is to provide educational opportunities to our optometric partners, we also see this as a chance to better serve our community. By meeting with and listening to our network partners, we are given direct insights into the day-to-day challenges our providers and patients face. We strive to grow our practice and provide the highest quality patient care.
The meeting this year was a tremendous success, with many optometrists and healthcare providers in attendance. South East Eye is delighted to continue providing engaging and high-quality continuing education.
